What we fix on-site
Most repairs get done right where the truck sits. If a job needs a shop, we tell you straight, get the truck safe, and help you get it there.
Diesel diagnostics & engine repair
Laptop diagnostics for Cummins, Detroit, PACCAR, Volvo, International and CAT. Check-engine and derate faults, aftertreatment, sensors, fuel and turbo issues.
Air brakes & brake systems
Brake chambers, slack adjusters, air lines, valves and fittings, drums and shoes, ABS faults. Out-of-service brake items fixed so you pass the scale.
Electrical & lighting
Batteries, alternators, starters, wiring and harness repair, trailer lights, 7-way plugs and sockets, ABS and dash warning lights.
Trailer repair
Dry vans, reefers, flatbeds and tankers. Landing gear, doors and hinges, air bags, brakes, lights, mud flaps, crossmembers and minor welding.
Tires & wheel ends
Roadside tire change and mounting, valve stems, hub seals, wheel bearings and lug torque. Leaking hubs and hot wheels handled before they become a fire.
Suspension & air system

PDX Mobile Truck & Trailer Repair has been fixing trucks and trailers across the Portland metro since 2016. Mobile only: no shop, no drop-off, no waiting in a lobby. You talk to a technician, and the service truck comes to wherever the problem is, day or night.
We work with owner-operators, small carriers and local fleets. The goal on every call is the same: get the truck safe and moving without selling you parts you don't need.

Questions drivers ask
How fast can you get to me?
In the core area, usually 30 to 90 minutes depending on traffic and where the truck sits. You get a real ETA on the phone, and we update you if it changes.
How do you charge?
A service call fee covers travel and the first diagnostic time. After that it's labor by the hour plus parts. You get the numbers before we start, and there are no surprise add-ons on the invoice.
What payment do you take?
Credit and debit cards, cash, Zelle, and fleet checks (EFS, Comdata, T-Chek). Approved fleet accounts can get net terms with a single monthly invoice.
Do you do annual DOT inspections?
Yes. Annual FMCSA inspections per 49 CFR 396.17 at your yard or lot, with the completed inspection report and sticker. If something fails, we can usually fix it in the same visit.
What if it can't be fixed on the road?
We tell you right away, get the truck as safe as possible, and help arrange a tow to a shop that can handle the job. You only pay for the time spent.
Do you serve Washington?
Yes. Vancouver, Camas, Washougal, Battle Ground, Ridgefield, and I-5 north to Longview and Kelso.
Nights, weekends and holidays?
Roadside emergencies are 24/7, including holidays. Scheduled work like PM services and inspections is booked during regular hours, or on weekends for fleets.
Is the work guaranteed?
Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty and our labor is guaranteed. Ask the technician for the terms on your specific repair; they're printed on the invoice.
